Are my photos uploaded?
No. All editing runs on your device. The app has no servers and no network access for images.
Where do edited photos go?
Into the folder you choose when exporting. Your original is never overwritten; the edited version gets the suffix “-edited”.
How does watermarking a whole folder work?
Save a photo with the watermark enabled. The app then asks whether all other images in the same folder should be marked as well. The copies are placed in the “Watermarked” subfolder.
The shadow is still visible. What can I do?
Paint directly over the shadow and a little beyond its edge. The app finds the exact area itself. Use the strength slider to adjust the effect, or “Undo” to reset it.
Why does the app not find a person to remove?
Detection uses Apple’s frameworks. It finds clearly visible people and animals. Very small or partly hidden people may be missed.
What does Pro cost and what do I get?
Pro is a one-time purchase without a subscription. It unlocks the AI features (auto-enhance and object removal) without limits. Without Pro you get 3 free runs.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the “…” menu in the app and choose “Restore Purchase”. Your Apple Account is required.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later, and Macs with macOS 14 or later.
How does “Edit photo with text” work?
Open the “AI” tab, tap “Mark area”, paint over the area that should change (e.g. a tree), write in one sentence what should appear there and tap “Apply”. The first time you download an AI model once (about 1 GB) – only if you start it yourself. After that everything runs offline; a run usually takes well under a minute (up to two minutes longer on the very first start) and counts as one AI run. You can remove the result at any time with “Undo”.
Can I delete the AI model again?
Yes. In the “AI” tab under “Edit photo with text” there is a “Delete model” button. You can download it again later.
