1. Scope

Use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement for licensed apps (Apple Standard EULA). These supplementary notes do not replace it.

2. Features

The app provides functions for editing photos locally. Automatic corrections, retouching, watermarks, effects and export are free, as are three runs of the AI features. Pro unlocks the AI features without limits.

3. Pro purchase

Pro is a one-time purchase without a subscription. It can be reactivated on your devices with the same Apple Account via “Restore Purchase”. Payment, refunds and Family Sharing follow Apple’s terms.

4. Your content

You remain the owner of the rights to your photos. You are responsible for being entitled to edit, to remove people and to add watermarks, and for respecting the rights of third parties.

5. Results

Automatic corrections and AI features are approximations. Results may differ from your expectations. Check edited images before publishing them.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

7. Edit photo with text (beta)

This feature creates image content with an AI model (Stable Diffusion 1.5 Inpainting, licence CreativeML OpenRAIL-M). You must not use it to create unlawful, harmful, discriminatory or deceptive content, to infringe the rights of others or to depict people without their consent in a demeaning way; the use restrictions of the model licence apply to you as well. Results are AI-generated, may be inaccurate or unsuitable and do not depict facts. You are responsible for how you use the results. The model download is voluntary; all other features remain usable without it.

8. Changes

We may develop, change or discontinue features where this is reasonable for you.
